My pneumonia was misdiagnosed by a plethora of other Doctors. Only Dr Sheila Gilikin cared enough, was devoted enough and was diligent enough to pursue the root cause of my illness and seek out appropriate treatment. I thank God for Dr Giliken. Because she cared enough to go the extra mile, today, my children still have their mother and my grandchildren still have their grandmother.

I was a patient of Dr. Gillikin for over three and a half months whereas I was prescribed IV antibiotic therapy on an outpatient basis. After several months I had requested Insight on how long this treatment would continue my biggest concern was the heavy use of antibiotics and the lack thereof testing for effectiveness. I stopped the treatment only to find out later on that my entire immune system was destroyed. After stopping the treatment myself no matter what type of injury or how minor I have contracted major infections and have to go through the process with other physicians at monitor closely the effectiveness of the treatment. In retrospect I only wish I knew more about the process as now it's too late for my immune system does not respond to even the slightest infection.
