Avoid this office — rude staff, chaotic environment, and a doctor not worth the trouble. I was a patient here for several years and finally had to leave the practice due to repeated problems that never improved. The office environment is consistently unsanitary — dusty rooms, cluttered spaces, and on multiple occasions I was placed in an exam room with a broken exam bed. Blood draws were sometimes done in a cluttered office instead of a proper clinical space, which raised safety and cleanliness concerns. The front desk staff is also a major problem. They gave me incorrect information about network coverage, then refused to provide basic documentation (Tax ID and NPI) that my insurance needed to process a claim. When my insurance confirmed the practice was listed incorrectly, the staff still insisted I “just pay out of pocket and hope for reimbursement.” When insurance asked for the proper documents, I called and emailed the office multiple times. My email was ignored, I was hung… up on during calls, and I was spoken to disrespectfully each time I tried to resolve the issue. These weren’t isolated incidents — this reflects an ongoing pattern of disorganization, unprofessional behavior, and an overall lack of patient care. After years of trying to overlook these issues, I ultimately decided I could no longer trust this office with my health or my medical information. I would strongly recommend finding a more professional and reliable medical practice.

If you want her to call in meds for you with no visit, including narcotics - Horsley is the doctor for you. If you care about your family and actually want her to see you to figure out what is going on, avoid her. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to her.

She cares deeply for each and every patient. Thirty years now. Love her!

Dr H is so incredible. She actually takes time to listen and she NEVER gives up. She is always thinking outside the box. Because she takes time with each individual you may have a wait at times but I would rather that than have a Dr that doesn't listen to you, doesn't care , i's on time and in and out of the room in 10 or 15 minutes! !

I had seen Dr. Horsley the week before and called early on Thursday to request an antibiotic for diverticulitis. I was told they would call it in to my pharmacy, and I checked that they had the right number. Never did. That afternoon I called back when the pharmacy said they never called. Again I was told they were calling it in. After more than an hour the pharmacy still said they hadn't received it. I called again to speak to the office manager. I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. She never picked up, no one offered to have her call me, no one cared to call in a prescription as I was told. Unacceptable!!! Diverticulitis can be potentially serious if not treated. I was prepared to see the doctor that morning if necessary, knowing she wasn't in on Fridays. However, I was told they would call in a prescription. This is gross negligence!! Her staff "lost" my last urine sample, forgot to send in bloodwork, and have written prescriptions wrong so that the pharmacy… couldn't fill them. This is the last straw!! See this doctor at your own risk!

Dr Horsley, gotten me off all narcotic medication and substituted it with non-narcotic drugs. Very happy with the results.

She has or her staff never refilled my meds on time. I went to the hospital twice because of her n staff. My family members that did go to her had all bad experiences with her. My father died about 5 years ago doing her giving him way to meds. everytime I would go in there it would the same story with she never let's you talk as if all us patients are the same. Well guess doc your wrong. I should have sued you for giving all those meds my father!!!

I have suffered for years with various ailments from fatigue, brain fog, depression, muscle aches, and high blood pressure. I had been to various specialist and found that they never gave me the time to fully evaluate my concerns or offer up effective treatment. When I met Dr. Horsley I had decided to quit the medications my cardiologist prescribed that were causing erectile dysfunction and opt for a holistic approach to lifestyle management. She explained that my decision to stop my medications prescribed by my cardiologist were not necessarily a good thing but understood it is my right to make such a decision. Instead of scolding me, she empowered me to take control of my diet and exercise, evaluate my hormones, thyroid, and other systems. Within 6 months I felt like my old "younger" self! I disagree with the previous statement! Her decision making is excellent! I owe my life to her dedication, and overall love and support of her patients.

I am 35 and have never had a doctor that I love so much. First thing she does is give me the biggest hug :-). She has made me from a very sad individual to an amazing person. So what if you have to wait at the end you know that everything is going to be awsome.

Dr. Horsley is one of the best doctors I have been to. She cares deeply for you as a patient. She works diligently to diagnose your illness and treat it effectively. Many of my friends speak highly of her as their doctor, as well. Besides common diseases, she excels at making difficult diagnoses and has helped myself and friends when other physicians where not able to. Dr. Horsley discusses your specific symptoms and makes you feel paid attention to and valued. I feel that she is worth the wait, because I know she cares about me and will work hard to help me. There is sometimes a wait, as her practice is busy and her care highly sought after, but her staff is friendly and helpful. I am glad she is my doctor.
