New patient and I just love her and her staff! Didn't rush through my visit and explained everything to me. Very nice doctor.

Rude. Yelled at staff then turned around and yelled at me!

I’m her patient of 20 years- no appointment just showed up - had to wait a extra few minutes but got me in and out in 30 minutes or so- wouldn’t go to anyone one else - easy to talk to and always willing to answer your questions!! Her staff is good as well!!

Horrible bedside manner. Extremely rude.

I was trying to call Her office ; the guy who answer the phone service was out of control while I was asking for my refil prescription; I have been going to her over 3 years; if this system set up like this 100's of her patients will be gone;; because the New customer service guy: was so rude, he was arguing and raised his voice and then hang up . I do not recommend this doctor!!

After several visits and lab work, I never felt any warm. Bed side manner was awful. I asked a question, " what foods help lower cholesterol?" Her response was, "I don't know, like she didn't even care. I told her I was losing my balance, and starting to fall, she nonchalantly, says "get a cane." I was insulted, as a senior no eye contact, felt no compassion. She never has to see me again.

I have seen Dr. Schmidt once and found the experience to be one of the worst health care experiences I have ever had. I wholeheartedly agree with the other reviewers on here in that she is extremely short with her patients, very rude, and does not listen to her patients. My appointment was scheduled for 1 pm, which is when staff returns from lunch. The staff literally sat in a car monitoring the door and only when patients began lining up (at about 12:55) did they make a move to reopen the clinic. I found that very odd and also felt it resulted in a chaotic check-in since nobody was prepared. When I was taken into the exam room I found the nurse to be extremely rude as well. She would cut me off as I was speaking and did not give the impression that she cared (based off of her tone of voice). I was there to have a pap smear/renew birth control and also to look into the cause of some foot pain. I did not think it was appropriate to bring up a political conversation in the middle of… my appointment let alone DURING MY PAP! Very unprofessional in my eyes and this made me feel uncomfortable. X-rays for my foot were ordered and the receptionist initially sent over a blank referral, luckily she caught that mistake before I made it to the imaging center. When the x-ray results came back normal that was the end of the conversation regarding my foot pain. She never suggested other tests, potential diagnosis or even a referral to a podiatrist. She simply left my foot pain unresolved. I also had an issue getting my birth control prescription. Not only did I have to remind the office that I needed the prescription, but the medication we had discussed and both agreed upon was not the prescription that she wrote. After this experience I have decided to look for a PCP elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else from the get go!

Sheila is down to earth and no nonsense.

Dr. Schmidt has been our Family doctor for years and I can not say enough good things about her. She is very professional and always accurate with her diagnosis.
