Dr. Shelby N. Morrisroe, MD

I’ve been fortunate enough to work with Dr Morrisroe in the operating room. I’m an RN and that is the reason I’ve chosen her to care for me. She is always thorough, brilliant, and she thinks of everything. Dr. Morrisroe goes out of her way to make sure I’m comfortable during procedures and calls me up to follow up ,( which always surprises me, knowing how she is busy.) The entire staff is friendly and attentive, both in person and on the phone. I’m fortunate to be in her care.

Dr. Morrisroe is professional and compassionate. She takes the time to explain the options clearly.

She was very easy in explaining what was wrong and what were the steps going forward to follow? She gave me her full individual time. We were not rushed.

Professional and painless cystoscopy today. I appreciated her explanation of what we were seeing on the screen during the procedure and optomistically reviewing my treatment options after.

Dr. Morrisroe was prompt and courteous but her, Dr. Lesser nor myself could understand why the appointment was scheduled in the first place. Unfortunately there was an overwhelmingly, unforgivabley large flaw with scheduling department. The scheduler on the phone has multiple loud roosters in the background, it sounded like she was inside a chicken coop. That, combined with a very strong accent made it very difficult to hear or understand her and I couldn't tell of she could hear me at all. She seem to didn't care or she could not understand English well enough to understand what I was saying. If that lady had been at all helpful she would have been professional enough to ask a couple of questions and suggested that I go to a dermatologist. She was very rude, I should have hung up and called back so I could have talked to another scheduler. Unio Specialty Care obviously puts priority on the dollar over patient care. I may as well have been talking to those roosters.

Great doctor. Originally diagnosed my issue when no one else could. Been on top of it ever since. Great caring staff.

I wanted to compliment the back office CMA bc she was kind enough to explain a certain aspect of my treatment, procedurally-speaking. While I should have known, I appreciated the clarification. I find this practice to be a no-hassle one when it comes down to appt verification. (Namely only respond if there are changes to your appt, such as cancelation, rescheduling.) That, combined with not having to fill out unnecessary paperwork, is gr8t for busy ppl like me.
