Dr. Shelley Ferrill, MD

Great experience! What's not to love? Dr Ferrill was awesome! She was easy to talk to, down to earth, friendly, eager and happy to help me, and she addressed all of my issues and concerns. She did not rush me through our meeting. She took the time to ask questions and to understand my issues! I was able to get in and get out in a timely manner. Her office location is very convenient to get to. I will be moving my whole family of seven to Dr. Ferrill!

I've been going to see Dr. Ferrill for over 10 years, she is a good doctor, but her staff is less than desirable. They leave you on hold for 10-20 minutes on average and when they do get on the phone they're rude. I gave Dr. Ferrill 3 stars because I believe her office staff also reflects on the care and quality of services provided. I also think they hold your medication hostage if you don't make the prerequisite appointment, and god forbid you come in for something else and ask to have your medication refilled.

We have seen Dr. Ferrill for years and appreciate her caring attitude as well as her vast medical knowledge. We highly recommend her!

Love this doctor in Katy. Gets me in and out quick, listens, decisive, has a friendly honest yet direct approach, and never makes me feel silly for asking questions. Highly recommend for whole family primary care physician.

Dr. Ferrill caught an aggressive leukemia and my only symptoms were fatigue and bruising. I was 80% leukemic. Her fast attention were awesome. Have been a patient for 10 years now. She is very thorough and I wouldn’t think of going to anyone else.

My daughter and I have been seeing Dr. Ferrill for about 2 years now and are both very happy with the our experiences with her office staff and with Dr. Ferrill herself. My main complaint with so may Dr's is you sit and wait and then you feel rushed once you see the Dr. She does not rush you at all. She takes time to answer any and all questions that you have. She takes time to talk to my 14 year old daughter at her well check visits and makes her feel comfortable and relaxed. My daughter loves going to her and I recommend Dr. Ferrill to anyone with teens because she can relate to them unlike so many other Dr's out there! Our wait times have never been too long and I would and have recommended Dr. Ferrill to any who asks what Dr. we go to!

Dr. Ferrill has been our GP since 2008. She always takes the time to listen to our concerns and is attentive to our needs. She has excellent rapport with both my kids and they enjoy speaking with her honestly and candidly. Recently she paved the way for a diagnosis of my son's Dysautonomia and provided a quick route to relief. She advocates for her patients like no other. If she is unable to see us, we are easily transitioned to her PA Dr. Kim Hamilton. She has been amazing as well. Her office staff is also welcoming, friendly and ready to assist in anyway possible. Dr. Ferrill and Family Medical at Cinco Ranch are one of the best in Katy.

Very professional office. Dr. Ferrill actually spends time with you. I didn’t feel rushed.

Hey Guys, Please do your research before you finalize a physician. This one is not the ine for you. I have been very disappointed by their lack of knowledge. She doesnt know how to detect symptoms and doesnt know how to explain results to the patient. She saw my CT scan and ultrasound and had no clue where the stone is. She said its in urinary tract and coukdnt tell me the right location. I was like my god gow is sje surviving. Please drop this one. Thanks for reading!

Never again...gave this office a year and 3 visits...most incompetent Front office ever seen.
