Dr. Hartman earned a B.S. from Portland State University in 1989 and her Medical Degree from OHSU in 1993. Her Residency was completed at Children’s Medical Center University of Texas at Southwestern 1993-1996. She practiced at HealthFirst Medical Group from 1996 - 1999. She has an avid interest in Sudden Infant Death Syndrome and was president of SIDS Resources of Oregon from 2000 - 2003. Dr. Hartman is a member of the Oregon Pediatric Society, the Medical Society of Metropolitan Portland and a Member of the Portland Academy of Pediatrics as well as a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics.
