Horrible experience! I was able to get an appointment right away... But, from there it went downhill. Had a physical with her yet never got the letter or call that she claimed I would get with my results. I asked her to refer me to a dermatologist yet she claimed that the referral coordinator would handle and call me, never got the call. I have a PPO therefore didn't need a paper referral. I was called to get labs done and her assistant was just chatting it up while I was waiting for almost an hour to get blood drawn. Her assistant has no sense of urgency. I explained that my physician had reached out to them 3 times asking for lab results and no one has called back, she stated that she had been out ALL of last week and would check voicemail in the afternoon... wow?!?! You would think that someone in that office would think this is unprofessional.. but if everyone has the same work ethics... I guess no one will say anything.

Worst experiences I’ve ever experience fir a physician It took 2 months to get a return call fir test results I had to go through the complain line to get a phone call back and with that vein said there no apology no explanation of what the hold up was with a return call .... Can you imagine trying to stay calm and positive thinking wondering what the outcome of your test result were ..... I’ve left this physician and found a true physician within mercy medical center
