Dr. Shelley Colleen Thiel

I just had surgery on my throat with Dr. Shelley Thiel. I had a lot of fear. To me the surgery was complicated. Dr. Shelley was so kind. She spent so much time trying to understand my fear and calm me down. The surgery went very well. I am so grateful to have had such a concerned doctor. I felt like I was talking to a good friend. Thank you so much.

After 2 weeks of calling during business hours, I have only been able to connect with their answering service. I've also left several messages with no returned phone call. Sadly I will have to move on to a different doctor.

Active or retired military need not apply, Dr Thiel doesn't accept TRICARE.

Told us my daughter had a lot of scaring from ear infections, sent us home without anitbiotics and her eardrum ruptured 2 hours later. Called and doctor said, "Oh I thought it was scare tissue, not a bulging eardrum." Secondly the Dr. visited our daughter right before surgery to insert tubes in ears the doctor told my daughter her throat would feel scratchy. I said from inserting tubes, she said no from removing her tonsils. The doctor had already removed her tonsils 12 months prior.
