Dr. Garrow gouges insurance companies. Why test all toenails for fungus when she won't put you on antifungal anyway because you have been on it too much. Thousands billed to the insurance company. Also, I caught a cold and called their office to let them know. Asked them if they wanted me to come in with this covid going around and that they could reschedule me. They said they would check with the doctor. They came back and said are you running a fever. I said no. Come in they said but wear a mask. I went in and then she reamed me out and said she had high risk patients. I said they told me to come in after asking you. As I left they said she doesn't want you to co me back until you have a negative test result. I did the test and got a Not Detected. I called their office to tell them and set up another appointment. Then I was informed the doctor wanted me to find another doctor. I do not recommend her. She may know what she is doing but very off balance!

Dr. Garrow (& staff) sees you as an entity, not a reflection of volume. Providing options, accepting your sense of direction, and trying their best to work with your primary care physician (the weak link in my case) is readily apparent ... I do not get prescription pain meds, so I cannot speak to this question - my planned surgery (paperwork) was sabotaged by my "other" doctor's office ... As soon as my new primary care physician is vetted, I'm back to Step Ahead Podiatry ...

Refuses to listen nor care and won't give pain medication when you have proof of chronic painful foot and ankle and theres issues and have tried 7 months of conservative treatments and in agony and no meds to help I'm miserable.
