Shelley was great, and the reason I chose to go here. I wish the office were more updated, and I've read a lot of negative reviews of this place.mbut, I'd rather have an excellent doctor, so I'll put up with the rest. Btw, I found the staff to be nice.

This is the most personable MD I have ever met. She cares, she is concerned, and listens. She really is the perfect physician that anyone would feel comfortable with, and what a perfect calling for her. I would recommend her highly! Wish more MDs had her manner, time, and experience!

She spends good time explaining and truly care about your being. But, her office staff are terrible. No customer service whatsoever. It's hard to make an appointment for anything. The fastest you can get is one month away although you do really need to see her.

Dr Heidelbaugh truly takes the time to explain results, concerns and next actions. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Heidelbaugh is extremely thorough during visits, with her research, and in providing information and follow up calls. She and Dr. Hemphill make a great team and I respect and rely on them both to keep me and my family members healthy and advised. The staff is great as well.

As the title describes. She takes time to examine, explain and listen. She has no problem referring me out to specialists. It's hard to get an appointment with her since she works part-time. The Front office, however, needs training in customer service.

Dr. Heidelbaugh did several tests which ended up costing a lot of money, and still no diagnosis. Her basic answer is to refer you to a specialist. I was about to travel and she did not even know anything about anti-malarial pills and referred me to the Public Health Dept. Availability is only 2 days a week. She spent adequate time for me to address all the concerns I had, but I got no results or diagnosis, even after running expensive tests that I'm starting to think is for padding the bill.
