Dr. Shenen Leavitt Dietrich, DO

DO Dietrich walked into my room her face 3/4 covered in a mask. Never said a word as to why she had it on. Carried on a diagnosis behind the mask. Spent minutes in the room. Same the next day. Day three she appears in civilian clothes with no mask. I inquire,,,she tells me she had been sick. Reports, I would be released the next day, I asked, " what time",, she said "noon , lunch time". I made arrangements for my noon ride home, Next day DO Dietrich arrived at the nurses station at 1:05pm. Came into my room all smiles at 1:20 and said she would start my discharge papers. I asked how long, she said, "about an hour." I groaned. She snapped her head around and said, " I said it could be an hour ..it could be five minutes." Exactly 65 minutes later she handed my discharge papers to my nurse. I left the floor at 2:20pm. I had incredible caring and compassionate nursing at Scottsdale Shea. The Hospitalist? Evidently missed the bedside manner class.

I don't know why this physician practices. She has no bedside manner, she is callous, I seemed to be a bother to her and she had better things to do than be practicing medicine. All she could do was look at her cell phone. If you have something to take care of, leave my room and do it and then come back.

I never saw such a mean and snobby person like her. And she not doing her job good. Nobody feels comfortable with her i.e. patients or nurses. Just an awful person.
