Dr. Shereen I Oloufa, MD

Hands down, this is the best OBGYN practice ever!! The level of service, professionalism, decor and care exceeded my expectations. From my initial point of contact to leaving the office gave me a warm and fuzzy feeling. Today was my first visit, and I struck gold. Also, I found a parking spot with ease. Style & Vibe: Very accessible, super cute, and extremely clean. The decor in the waiting room is "boho-chic" because of the color palette, minimal furniture pieces, the style of the furniture, and the greenery {plants.} The subtle fragrance is also a plus. Everyone I made contact with displayed genuine care and concern in addition to being friendly and efficient. Waiting: The waiting time in the lobby and inside the exam room is minimal. The best part is, you will not feel rushed Dr. Shereen I Oloufa. MD is a professional with personality and bedtime mannerisms. She made me feel welcomed and displayed a genuine concern as she was not hiding behind a tablet/iPad and rushing through… her routine. When she entered the room, I felt a sense of peace thanks to her approach and technique. Time for the Table: Usually, I get tense and uncomfortable during my wellness checks, but today was a first where I felt calm and relaxed. Dr. Shereen I Oloufa did not have to tell me to relax. She kept the conversation lite and meaningful. My time on the table was pain-free and fast. The doctor explained things in simple terms, and she shared the steps I should take now that I am in the 40/40 club - I am referring to my age ;-).

Dr. Oloufa is the best! I need her to come back! I know she is no longer with this practice but I will follow her where ever she goes! She is extremely knowledgeable and one of the most compassionate people I know. I trust her.

Dr.Oloufa delivered both of my children. She is a fantastic doctor who took her time with me and went over all my questions and concerns. She went out of her way to make sure I was staying healthy and that my deliveries were easy and stress free. I will follow her to whatever practice she goes too from now on.

Staff is rude, unprofessional, and unorganized. Waited an hour and half past my appointment time to be called back and another 3O minutes for the dr to come in. Received a call yesterday that Dr. Oloufa is no longer with the practice and that I need to reschedule my follow up appointment that had just been made a few days prior with Dr. Oloufa with the new dr. Asked about my yearly medications that Dr. Oloufa had just renewed from the previous several years less than a month and half ago and was told I need to make an appointment with the new dr to establish a relationship, look over my records and have her decide if she wants to keep me on that medication! I will be looking for a new dr and practice. I highly recommend that you do not waste your time at this office.

Best doctor I ever had. She knows what she does, very nice and kind. Totally recommend. Excellent!!

Dr Oloufa saved my sons life for being so observant she notice at the ultra sound my membrane in the uterus were opening up she quickly made a decision to do a cerclage this gave my son two more weeks inside me and she was able to shot me up to help his lungs develop quicker as they knew he would be born premature now he is 9 years old and healthy I owe you his life

Once you are a patient, you can never reach the doctor... my teen daughter was having problems from the prescription and I can never get the doctor to call me back. Someone changed her prescription after 3 months but it made things worse... still without being able to speak with the doctor. After more than 4 months, they were finally able to squeeze her in for a quick consultation. We hit terrible traffic on the way to the appointment so we called to tell them we were running 10 minutes late but their phones are turned off at 4:45 and we called at 4:50 since the appointment was at 5:00. When we arrived they told us that we’d have to wait until after the next 5 patients were taken care of and it would be at least another 1 3/4 hours. We couldn’t wait because I had to pick up my other child at school. I begged to speak to the doctor for 2 minutes but they told me no way. I asked to have the doctor call me but only the office manager did and she was so rude and hung up on me when I… politely asked to speak to the doctor. She said maybe she’ll call you and maybe she won’t. My daughter burst into tears but they couldn’t have cared less. They were all so calloused and mean.

I recently went in to Dr Oloufa. My appt. was at 2:50, I arrived at 2:30. I didn't leave the office until 4:45pm. I thought I'd never get out of there. First of all they have only one person at the front desk. When I was finally called back to get my vitals and asked questions. Questions I already answered on forms I filled out. Only to have the asst write my answers on a scrap like piece of paper. Once my vitals were taken, i was place in a room. In comes another nurse, holding the scrap of paper, the first nurse wrote on. Then they proceed to ask me the same questions the first nurse asked! I finally said, aren't the answers to the questions you are asking, on the scrap paper in front of you? I mean this is so ridiculous and such a waste of time. I swear it's just to stall things before the doctor comes in. That day I left a urine. I was having UTI symptoms. I told them the only way to really see if it's positive, is to send it out. I know this, because I've suffered for 30 years… with them. But because the drip they did, showed it negative, they didn't double check with a lab culture. Well my symptoms continued. I called the office. The nurse said, they never were told to send it to a lab. Unreal! I will not be returning to this Dr. They really to need move these appts along. And really listen to the patient. It's our body. we know when something is up. We know our history. We pay to have these test done. Do them. Don't second guess it, and think it's not necessary. I'm not impressed with this office at all. I'll pass!

She is very knowledgable and kind. She listens and I never feel rushed. The clinic's staff is always pleasant and helpful especially Veronica, her nurse and Hortencia. I'm so happy to have her as my doctor!
