Greeting was cold hearted. Snippy. More concerned with staff. Felt rushed and not welcomed. Put me down. Seen hundreds of doctors in my life and this one was cold.

This doctor exemplifies what is wrong with medical treatment at this practice - the process revolves around the staff and not the patient which is backwards. After many years my family requested our records and left. Very unhappy

I can't help but wonder if her friends were giving those reviews.. For me this was the most awful experience I've ever had. She sent me to a GI for a throat sore issue. Even the gastrontologyst was confused! she was cold, and snippy, and stayed at least 4 feet away from me, never even feeling my glands. I'm not a doctor, but I'm a mother, and I know to feel the glands when they have throat issues. When I tried to talk about my recent surgeries, she put her pen down, finally making eye contact and said.. "I don't know you! " at that point, I was done. Not only did I go home with the same issue, but sick to my stomach with the way she talked down to me. This is am awful woman and an embarrassment to her practice.

I like this Dr. she was very thorough and professional. She was not judgemental and talked me through my history and medical conditions. I recommend her to anyone

Thorough, great listener, and good service. Highly compentent physician. Saved my life.

Dr Jackson is well respected, throrough, and reliable. I love her mannerisms and she definitely cares about her patients. All of them.

Wait was longer than anticipated however my visit was during flu season. Dr. Jackson was attentive and thorough with her examination.
