She will not help you. She will rush you through appointments and not let you ask questions. She routinely shut down my answers and would leave the room when I still needing help. I know other patients of hers and they had horrible treatment from her as well. One ended up in the hospital after she refused to see her condition as legitimate. Do not go to her.

Dr. Voet and her medical collegues exhibit exemplary professionalism and we've experienced thorough care from all. My family has been part of this practice for over a decade and have always been pleased with her. Her staff, however, has little to be desired. We've seen recent changes in unprofessional demeanor and complete disregard for patient privilege and privacy. Additionally, wait times over the last few years are in excess of 45 minutes to an hour from scheduled appointment times. Because of these two latter issues, I have to give her practice a poor rating. Although she and her collegues are in touch with patients from a medical standpoint, clearly they are amiss in treatment of their patients by the subordinate staff. When patients speak among themselves openly in the waiting room about the unprofessional treatment by front staff and nothing is done, it is a red flag. Additionally, her staff is boisterous concerning financial matters with patient accounts. A big no no!

I have had the pleasure to have Dr Voet as my primary care physician for over 12 years. In all that time, she has show exceptional diagnostic skills. She does not just try to push the latest drug fad on you. She will take the time to diagnose the problem and get you the right meds for the job and will make sure the medication works for you as best as it can. She will follow up with you consistently to ensure that she is providing the best care for you. She is a doctor who really and truly cares about her patients. I recommend her to family and friends whenever they ask for a great physician.

Our families experience has repeatedly been poor with this doctor's office. The office staff is beyond poor. Do not expect anything above and beyond or even just basic courtesy. I was actually told to research a health condition on my own on the internet by a nurse named Stephanie who obviously didn't feel she had the time to answer even basic questions. Unfortunately, you interact with the office staff more than the actual provider- so I'd keep looking through your possible providers.
