Dr. Shilpa K Bhatnagar

Dr Bhatnager has been my doctor for over 20 years if not more. She is so caring and patient. I feel very comfortable with her and would refer anyone to her for quality care. She is very thorough, intelligent and professional. She should be in one of the top doctor magazines.

Good doctors

She always takes as much time as I need in each appointment. Very caring and empathetic. I've been with her for 8 years. Patience is required when youre in the waiting room because she doesnt always run on time because she does take time with each patient, but then you get your time with her too, so it all balances out :)

I've been seeing Dr B for almost 10 years and she is one of the most genuine doctors I know. I am not an easy patient by all means and she had stuck by me 100% of the way. She's been very supportive through the Lupus, H1N1, the coma, the PE, the kidney failure, the placement on the transplant list, and blah blah blah. In addition to all of this, her communication with all of my other doctors is impeccable! As important as all of these issues are, she can always tell when I'm need an emotional pick me up...and she will take that extra 15 minutes to just listen!

Dr Shilpa Bhatnagar has been my Dr for the past 8-9 years. I have never had any problems with anything with her or her office staff until now when I had an ultrasound done 3 weeks ago. The results were sent to the Doctor 11 business days ago. I have called thrice and spoken to her staff and her medical assistant but am still waiting for them to get back to me about the results. This delay of the Dr to take out the time to see the results and her assistant to get back to me has been frustrating and disappointing.

Could not treat symptoms related to being HYPOthyroid. MY ranges were high and never cared to increase my medication for the symptoms to disappear. She recommended an anti-depressant for HYPO symptoms. Was not consistent in blood tests.I was told that I was "within range" from 2008-2009!. I relied on this doctor getting me back to where I could function again!The TSH went from 3.26-4.23 (range.3-3.)under her care. The FT3 was NEVER checked. The FT4 was checked 1 time and it was high (out of range).I changed doctors and my THYROID medication was increased and 18 symptoms have disappeared. I can function again.

I have been a patient with Dr. Bhatnagar for over five years. She is very capable. Really takes time with you. I can recommend her to anyone.
