Telehealth visit. This doctor couldn’t have cared less that I’ve had chronic sinusitis for 20+ years and I know when I have one. She insisted I didn’t. Tried to say I needed a covid test or had covid and did not have a sinus infection. Refused to call in a prescription. Yet when I went to the walk in clinic the doctor promptly said I was right!!! I indeed had a sinus infection and wrote me two prescriptions for it. This Dr Narla does not listen to or hear what her patients say. She repeatedly asked me the same questions I’d already provided answers to. She said my symptoms didn’t match a sinus infection. After we hung up I googled the symptoms. She made me question everything I know about sinus infections. I usually get 3-6 a year. Sure enough everything she asked/or I’d mention is textbook sinus infection. She then documented on my chart I argued with her. Dr Narla is not trustworthy especially if SHE doesn’t know the signs & symptoms of a sinus infection.
