My experience at Beverly Hills Center For Arthroscopic and Outpatient Surgery left much to be desired. When I arrived, I had to witness an argument between the staff and an angry patient. Once I was brought into the back for my epidural the the nurse that set up my i.v was rough and left me with bruises. Once sedated I was led into the o.r and the nurse walked ahead of me and pulled at the iv. The procedure itself was quick, but while I was in the recovery room, it was extremely loud and noisy. The staff and the doctors seemed completely unconcerned that patients were trying to rest. I developed complications and called the office as instructed. No one answered and my call was never returned. I am very dissatisfied and would NEVER recommend this doctor or surgery center to anyone.
