Dr. Shirly Alexandra Tozzi, MD

Not only was she very rude, but she wouldn’t refer me to a chiropractor because she doesn’t like them... She then assisted I do drugs which is highly offensive.

I had my first visit with Dr. Tozzi after a week long visit in the hospital. I had not been satisfied with my previous Primary and needed to make a change. What a difference! She was totally prepared, having read all my records, tests, etc. She was welcoming, friendly and cheerful. I felt very comfortable in her presence. Her practice even had a fine nurse practitioner who visited me in the hospital to assure me of their concerns and follow up care. I am very satisfied with their care at this practice and will look forward to continuing in their care.

This doctor is much older than her picture+she speaks broken English + she is really tough + rude. She often did not allow me to complete a sentence before interrupting me. She is overpowering+crude.It was hard to believe that she really was a doctor. She has plenty of openings which makes me wonder why a doctor that age still needs new patients. This was the worst doctor's visit I have ever experienced.I wish I had read some of her bad reviews before I ever made this visit. I strongly caution everyone to be very careful before depending upon this doctor for anything.

She is at TUFTS Medical Center in dienten Boston after looking fir Dr Tozzi for Months I finally found her new office , she is the best PCP in the city without a doubt

I travel a distance to see Dr. Tozzi, and she is a new PCP for me. She has an excellent bedside manner and I feel very comfortable with her and trust her skills. However, I dread contacting the office. They are cold and present as totally uncaring and annoyed to be answering the phone. This is a definite downside to choosing Dr. Tozzi because there is no way to avoid having to interact with the office staff. It is truly unfortunate and hopefully if more people speak up, something changes soon!

Dr. Tozzi has a wonderful bedside manner. I never feel rushed when I have an appointment and she seems to really care about the whole patient. That being said, the office staff at this practice are incredibly unprofessional and difficult to work with. I dread calling to make an appointment because it usually means being on hold for an eternity, or just getting a busy signal. I've considered finding a new PCP for this reason alone, but appreciate the care I've received from Dr. Tozzi.
