Dr. Shishuka Malhotra, MD

If I could give her and her staff a zero, I would. I had to wait and wait and wait to be called back for my appointment. One of her staff members used to counsel me on things "she noticed" about me, but that wasn't her job. Her job was to ask questions, not offer her judgmental advice. And I recall lying there with a needle in my arm, waiting for "Dr" Malhotra to come into the room to administer the drug (ie: push the stopper of the syringe), but we all had to wait because she was across the street at Belden Village Mall, shopping for her too-tight-pants. I ended up quitting the study because of how disrespectful they all were with regard to our time. We matter too. Our time is valuable too. What made me walk out was that my counselor-person kept me waiting for 45 minutes and they kept saying she was busy, but I watched her sit with her shoes off and her feet propped up on a metal table, texting on her phone. I couldn't take it. So disrespectful to me. So I walked out.

I would recommend Dr. Malhotra. She's amazing! I found HOPE in Dr. Malhotra.

Most intelligent, helpful psychiatrist I have seen. She helped to put my life back together.

worst dr ever. arrogant. abandoned her clients from her psychiatry practice then when she realized her research wasnt going to feed her familys mouths (or greedy appetite), she had the nerve to write all of us wanting us back at a hefty cash pay only basis!

I think she is the absolute worst psychiatrist in the area. She needs her license revoked.

Accurate diagnose

Dr. Malhorta never sees her patients. She has a nurse practitioner who handle all patients. This lady is condescending and and sometimes makes you feel like you don't know what you're talking about when you try to explain something to her.
