Dr. Shobha Parvathala

She is friendly and very nice person. Office staff also very nice.

First off been going to office for 4 years and the office mananagment is awful. I call the office for three days no one called me back. This has been going on for years. Also this dr has been overmedicating me and isnt helping my overall health.

I have been with her for last 12 yrs and always received a quality care from her. She is considerate, listens to my symptoms carefully and gives me enough time.

A female doctor that listens and takes action. She is very talented and makes things happen. Occasionally the receptionist isn't always as on the ball.

She is very generous with her time with each patient...something rare these days.

I take great care when choosing a primary care physician, and am very pleased with the experience Dr Parvathala and her staff have provided so far. From initial call for appointment, as a new patient, the check-in time and front desk greeting, all the way through the intro exam.

Dr. Shobha is good but her stuff is really bad. They gives you wrong information and even for general annual free check up you are charged a hefty amount. Her staff is very rude and doesn't co-operate at all. "SO THEY ARE CAPABLE OF MAKING A HEALTHY PERSON VERY UNHEALTHY WITH LOT OF STRESS"

Dr Parvatala is very professional and at the same time very caring. She gives you enough time to diagnose me. Her staff are courteous

The Dr's are good at the face to face thing but they leave A LOT to be desired from their follow through. Same goes for the office staff. Dont bother showing up to your appointment on time or early. You'll still wait 45 minutes past your appointment time to be called. And don't forget to call to get the results of your bloodwork b/c the Dr's and the staff wont. But br ready to call multiplr times and leave multiple messages b/c messages wont be returned. Same goes for your meds that they'll call in for you "later that day". I've called three times in two days to get my husband's meds only to be told by Yvette to leave another message. Umm no. Yvette tells me both Drs left early, it's 430pm, then changes her mind & says they'll call it in FOR REALS this time. So they do. An hour & a half later at 6pm. FINALLY. But it's for the wrong dose that hasnt been available in over a year. Typical. Save yourself the trouble & find another Dr's office.

I was a patient of Dr. Parvatala's for years. Whatever my issue was I was told to make an appointment. I had an ongoing issue that was not going away. Dr. Parvathala was prescribing me antibiotic to treat the problem. I finally got frustrated, and changed doctors. Thank God I found a wonderful doctor. My first visit with this doctor, she notices something was wrong. She sent me for blood work and ultrasound. (She also requires her patients to have a physical every year). I only had one physical with Dr. Parvathala, and I'm the one that requested the physical. I shudder to think what my outcome would have been if I'd continued to see Dr. Parvathala. Antibiotics don't cure CANCER.
