Dr. Shonda Michelle Asaad, MD

Came to her with Stage 3/4 CLL after having been told that due to my accompanying medical condition and circumstances, nothing could be done for me and I had less than 6 months to live. She refused to accept that and now, almost 9 years later, I am still running (and pretty well at that). All of my numbers are normal except for a low platelet count that I will have for the remainder of my (hopefully many) years. If there were a rating higher than 5 stars, I would give it to her!

I am a patient of Dr. Assad. She has seen me through my journey with breast cancer with great knowledge and skill. She has been very encouraging and reassuring since day one. I am grateful to her for her openness and honesty regarding what to expect going through chemotherapy, survival rate and everything else that involves cancer treatment. I feel very blessed to have her as my physician.

Dr.Asaad was a compassionate caring medical professional. She took the time to explain everything to me and my family, She is very smart and helped us to choose the best treatment options for us. GOD BLESS Her
