Dr Helpner is truly the best! We visited her with our son during emergency hours, and she handled him with the utmost care. She not only took the immediate emergency steps but also guided us on the next course of action, which allowed us to proceed with the surgery the very same day. We are deeply grateful for her expertise, compassion, and quick decision-making.

Never took the time to talk to me, treated me like an number or statistic. I went for chest pain and said it wasn't cardio related, but insists on doing the cardio bloodwork order, ekg, and chest X-ray.. of course they came back good... So she discharged me. I was later diagnosed with Tietze Syndrome and Was suffering for three extra days because she wouldn't listen to me long enough to understand what my conditions were. You shouldn't judge people by your personal standards and keep them from treatments based on assumptions. Why not take time to talk to the patient and find out what is going on with the whole situation.
