Dr. Shrearest M Crenshaw, MD

I was contacted by a local hospital and told I was scheduled for a procedure in 48 hours. I had no knowledge of why and who scheduled me for a procedure without my knowledge. After the hospital staff and I did further research it was determined Dr. S. Crenshaw made the referral. I was dumbfounded since I had never heard of this Dr. and she lived more than 200 miles from me. Please be aware of scams.

Was hesitant to see Dr Crenshaw after reading a review from an unhappy veteran. I went ahead with the c+p exam as I thought my evidence was strong to support my claims. I was seen by her at First Choice Health Care in Fort Pierce. She was polite,but short. I was there for two different health issues. Total time from the minute I walked in her office was 13 minutes. This included an exam for vertigo.She asked me two or three questions the most on the secondary issue.. No background or history or questions on how the condition affects my everyday life. C file online has a thousand medical pages with my history and it is hard for a doctor to find the time for a thorough review and hard to navigate.These exams are the best time for the veteran to speak up for themselves.Felt I was short changed and not given a fair chance to do so. Both claims were denied even though I had medical nexus letters supporting my claims. Needless to say ,attorney appeal and complaint pending. I have been to… many c+p exams,some favorable ,some not...but I felt they were all fair and thorough up to this point. These exams are crucial to vets,if you are scheduled for a c+p with her,try your best to change examiners.

Dr. Crenshaw is very thorough and professional. She takes her time with patients and has exceptional bedside manner. I would highly recommend Dr. Crenshaw.

Was recently seen in Orlando for a VA C&P examination and was treated like garbage. No common decency to introduce herself or even extend common courtesies. She sped me through my exam in 10 minutes and ultimately I was denied my VA claims. I felt she was not thorough in my exam and clearly misrepresented my issues to the VA. Do your research and you will see how this "doctor" has bounced around quite a bit. My particular exam was not even out of her own practice but out of a room of an urgent care clinic. Unfortunately I had no choice but to see her but change your appointment if you can beforehand.
