Dr Ventrapragada and his staff were all that we could have asked for and more! Him and his staff are very friendly, informative and professional. We were more than pleased with our experience with him and would definitely recommend him for any short term, minor or long term ENT issues!

Not satisfied with results..it talked to m3 no more than 5 minutes..Not happy

I cannot say enough good things about the phenomenal care that my 3 year old received for his tonsillectomy/ adenoidectomy. Dr. Ventrapragada is a confident, compassionate, highly skilled surgeon. He listened to all of my concerns (I am a pediatric nurse, so there were many) and assured me that my son was in good hands. He did not let me down. He let me stay with my son until his sedation started to kick in and did not start an IV until he was asleep- two things that could have been very traumatic to a three year old. He also made sure his pain was well-controlled and updated us immediately on his condition. I was truly impressed by the excellent care that my son received and I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone searching for an ENT.

My 2 kids under the age of ten needed sinus and adenoid surgery. He performed both of them. They also need constant sinus monitoring because of environmental allergies. Dr. V. is caring and kind to them. He always follows up, and gets us in ASAP to deal with illnesses in a prompt manner. He also calls back personally to address specific needs. He is very hands-on, personable, and knowledgeable. He also communicates regularly with our allergist.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - VERY DISMISSIVE TO MY COMPLAINTS - SPENT ABOUT 5 MINUTES WITH ME , GAVE ME NASAL SPRAY WITH NO RELIEF - RUDE GUY WHO TALKS DOWN TO PATIENTS AND EVEN HIS OWN STAFF. HOSPITAL EMPLOYED DR WHO DOSENT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS

Not impressed the Doctor was polite although he addressed none of my issues I was most baffled by his response that my ear wasnt infected after I told his nurse I was finishing up my second round of antibiotics no kidding my ear shouldnt if been infected He was basically a waste if time and money I recommend finding another Doctor
