Dr. Pole is an internist, but specialized in Onocology several years back. I wasn't aware that he had training in cancer and hadn't been feeling well. He listened to my symptoms and complaints, ran some tests and suggested I go see an Endocrinologist, that he thought I may have Graves disease. I got an appointment with a well known Endocrinologist and sure enough, I had 7 tumors on my thyroid, Graves disease and a tumor on my Adrenal Gland. Being 51 at the time, and the symptoms closely resembled Menopause, which is what I thought it was, but Dr. Pole hit the nail right on the head and who knows how bad I would have gotten before diagnosed, but because he listened and paid attention I was caught early stage and treated without much loss of work. I find him to be an excellent doctor and will continue to see him.
