Dr. Shruti M Ariza

I've never had a serious issue with a medical provider until I found this doctor to get an endoscopy. She seems nice and attentive at first (Zoom call due to COVID) and laid out the endoscopy procedure. I spoke with someone in the office who said total would amount to around $600. In person in the operating room before the endoscopy procedure she barely acknowledged me, which I didn't really care about then, but then I got the bill from her office. Total was around $1100 for a routine endoscopy. I'm 29 years old. She'd performed additional biopsies and added other line items that were never discussed as a possibility. I don't know if this doctor/office's MO is to rack up as many charges as possible to insurance holders. Regardless I would strongly not recommend her. Find someone with an actual Yelp page and good reviews.

Dr. Ariza is very thorough and deeply contemplative about treatment options. Very bright and wonderful doctor.

very uncaring dr. the whole office is very unprofessional and do not return your calls she let my health condition get worse because she took two months to get my prescription going finally switched drs got it done within two days dont waist your time going there

Dr Ariza is very professional, caring and also very knowledgeable. She knows how to deal with my issues and answered all my questions. The front staff is also very helpful, this is very much appreciated!

She has been my Dr for over 4 years now and has always been on point with explaining to me issues and options. Very caring and good bedside manner. Staff has always been caring and punctual.

Horrible and nasty staff, told me my test was normal when it really wasn't and I find out 2 months later

Had urgent matter could not make appointment office was either closed or doctors exchange would pick up phone lines left message with exchange to call me back doctor never received message. Now trying to get results from colonoscopy I had 2months ago can't get pass the exchange called Monday at 9:15am was told office doesn't open till 9:30am called today was told office doesn't open till 10:30am ??? What time do they open????
