I got a new insurance company, it forced me to change neurologist. I visited this doc to start again with my head injections injections and I knew we needed to start all over again, to make sure my the injections were approve again. I provided all the medical records to her staff but they seemed clueless. The doctor will schedule an appointment and every time she will tell me a diff story, i kept following up. My insurance finally approved my head injections, I called to make sure everything was "ok" and the staff told me yes. I went in for my injections and the doctor said she was sick and didn't order the medicine, no one called to reschedule, she did nothing and still charged me a copay. Then her nurse told me to order the injections "myself" and to bring it next time to my next appointment, What? of course I got tired and cancelled my appt on-line (don't ever do that), they sent me a charge of $50.00, i paid it and moved on. Now I have a new Doc. My new doc never had… issues and she is great.

She tried for almost 4 months to approve my BOTOX injects even though I provided all the paperwork she needed. Her staff Finally did, because I kept calling them. You would think that was the end? NO! I showed up to my injections appointment but the doctor didn't even have my medication, she said she was sick and didn't know what happened, told me to come back, her staff couldn't even order the medicine, they were not familiar with the procedures, so they asked me to order the BOTOX myself and bring the medicine to the office. I decided not to come back because I didn't want this doctor to inject me, when they didn't even know how the medicine work. I cancelled my apt on line and of course! they said, I never cancelled and charged me $50.00 for no show, really? I should be charging them for making me waist my time and not caring about my pain, they are so… fast to charge the insurance but not fast to know how to manage an office? the office is not very clean and the staff is rude. You better off by going to a walk in CVS. Do you research before you go to this Doctor. I normally don't do reviews but people need to know before they go here. Thank GOD! Quick to diagnose without all of the information; gets it done as quickly as possible rather than investigating; does not value patient and their own account of symptoms; dangerous results due to lack of time and effort spent
