I have been going to Dr Sid Panchamilla for several years, he has performed several procedures on me, all of which have helped alleviate the pain I have in my neck and lower back. If you are looking for a doctor that takes the time to sit and listen to you and then lay out a plan on how to progressively get better, then Omni Pain Care is definitely the place for you to go.. Well here it is a few months later, and I have to tell you Dr Panchamia did it again. On 12-14-2022, he did a procedure, to put 2 Titanium screws in the right side of my pelvis, and I don't want to jink it but I have Not been without this much Pain for a long time. Thank you for what will be a Great Christmas ??.

I experienced pain in my lower back for about five years and it was progressively getting worse. The only thing that would dull the pain was ibuprofen or Aleve, which come to find out, I shouldnâ??t have been taking it due to other medical conditions. The pain in my lower back was so intense that I had to sit on a stool to cook, sit after vacuuming only one room, and could not mow our lawn without taking at least four breaks. After ruling out rheumatoid arthritis, my primary care physician recommended seeing a pain management doctor, Sid Panchamia. My PCP explained that I could be helped with injections or burning the nerve endings. Needless to say, I was very skeptical. However, I was at the point that I would try anything. Dr. Panchamia thoroughly reviewed my x-rays and bone scans and determined the appropriate procedures needed. My specific issues were at the L3, L4, L5, and S1 levels. After facet joint injections to determine if those were the joints, the next step was… radiofrequency ablation. After the first side was done, I was in more pain than before. However, after about two weeks, I felt like a new person and began doing things were previously painful. After the second side was done, it was even better than I imagined. I would highly recommend Dr. Panchamia. He is very thorough, professional, and personable, as well as his entire staff. I have already recommended him to at least three people I know.

Dr. Panchamia gave me my life back. I went to him with severe pain in my lower back, hips, and both knees. I took strong pain medication to get through the day. Walking was extremely difficult. I had tried surgery, PT, and lubrication shots. Nothing worked any more. Under his care, my lower back and hip are now pain free and my knees are much improved. I no longer need pain pills. Dr. Panchamia always greets me by name and obviously cares about his patients.

I am an 81 yr. man and cancer sufferer. Dr. Panchamia indicated it would take 2 procedures to releive the pain. He did such a good job that I only needed 1 procedure to make my life much more comfortable.

I have been seeing him for several years. He has kept me working with facet injections and ablations, without them I would barely leave the house. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my spine. He is a "matter of fact" guy, gets me in and out and is patient with me when I need to ask a million questions. Staff is great too, never have had an issue. He is one of my favorite docs, and I have quite a few, although I hope one day to not need him. Grateful to have him and his staff.

Literally the worst doctor I have ever been to. He kept me waiting for one hour and fifteen minutes with no apology or explanation. When I finally saw him instead of performing a physical examination of me he asks me to point to a picture of the human body on his computer screen and show him where it hurts! Finally this very arrogant pain management doctor tells me that he doesn't know how to manage my pain and will be referring me to another doctor. Then he still had the audacity to suggest I schedule a follow up visit with him. Yeah right.
