Dr. Robin is arrogant and his ego impedes his ability to listen, diagnose, and provide patients comfort. The concierge payment model suggests he can apply more time, which is true, but he is belligerently sure of himself and takes advantage of his (mostly older) patient base. If your ailment is complex or mysterious, or you want some give and take and the ability to assert yourself, he is the wrong doctor.

Handles our family's medical concerns with great personal interest. He has become a friend over the years. Always takes his time with you and you never feel rushed. He cares about me and my family. The people that work in the office are more than friend and very helpful.
