The staff is very professional and personable.

I am a new patient, was seen in the emergency room, placed on short-term disability. I have asked by my paperwork be completed so that I can receive my pay to pay my bills. When I inquired this morning, I was told that I had to come in and I owed a co-pay and could not get my paperwork. I tried to explain my situation to the lady on the phone, but, she told me that she was financially stable and would not know about my situation. What kind of individual is she? certainly not one to work in such an industry. I only need my paperwork completed so that I can return to work and pay my rent. Do these people even care or is all about the money? I cannot afford to be homeless, as I have medical issues.

Dr Vakily has given myself and a good friend of mine outstanding care! She schedules any necessary appointments with specialist in an extremely timely manner, follows up with any issues and concerns, and still maintains a great friendly attitude. She really looks out for the patient's needs. I'm glad to have her as my PCP!
