I saw this doctor a few times and he was dismissive and unpleasant. He doesn’t listen, show interest, give advise or show the tiniest hint of empathy. He made me so uncomfortable I switched back to my old doctor. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Excellent diagnosis for spinal stenosis with follow-on steroid injection therapy. Severe pain went away after 3 days and hasn't returned since. Pain free now for about 4 months.

Had an appointment booked weeks out and was confirmed for the day and time on which I arrived. Traveled 3 hours to see him. His staff made a scheduling error and refused to admit to the doctor they had made an error. The doctor refused to see me although he knew his staff made a mistake and because of the issues it created became belligerent to me. I told him I would find another provider and walked out. He then put negative personal remarks in my overall medical file that I was alerted to by a pain specialist. Rude, insincere and arrogant. No humanity or honesty in this man.

Went to the Pain Clinic at the Hospital for Radio Frequency Ablation for a blown disc in my lower back. The office manager Chelsea called ahead of time to tell me my insurance was approved. Had the procedure. A month later got a bill from BCBS for $6400! Turns out, Chelsea got a verbal approval from Blue Cross because she was too lazy to do it the correct way and get a written approval. Now I'm stuck with the bill! Run the other way from these people. Disrespectful, crass, uneducated & not helpful in the least!

I have been to other pain clinics and specialists and Dr. Simon is by far the most compassionate, supportive and understanding doctor I've been to. He recognized the need for emotional support amongst his patients and was determined to start a group where people can relate to and encourage each other even when things seem bleak. I have not yet met another doctor who thinks outside the box to promote a multi-disciplinary approach to pain management. He's quite simply the best in the business.

This doctor is a bully and blames people for their pain. He also shares other patients medical details in a way that is highly unprofessional.

Assembly line office- was told not to speak, but listen to dr as time with each patient was limited- very very long wait for procedure. Terrible bedside manner
