Dr. Efanov is a wealth of knowledge! I learned so much about mind-body interactions, but also about myself and about my past. She has a very candid and empathic way to guide you to ask just the right questions about yourself, your goals, and what to do to improve quality of life. She is doing an excellent job explaining what many doctors typically rush through (for example medications effects and interactions). I stopped working with her because I graduated and I recommend her for anyone looking for a therapist who cares and truly listens.

She is a true professional. She has excellent knowledge, is attentive to detail, answered my questions and asked the kind if questions that make you think. When I started seeing her, I was in a bad place and she helped me navigate it and empowered me to find my own path
