I went to Dr. Simona Pautler for rhinoplasty after doing a lot of research online and reading her reviews. Even though I live 1.5 hours away and didn’t personally know anyone who had used her for cosmetic surgery, I knew from the very first consultation that she was the surgeon I wanted to trust with my nose. Dr. Pautler is warm, attentive, and truly listens to what you want. I was nervous about getting a nose job, but her confidence and care instantly put me at ease. She exceeded all of my expectations — my nose is absolutely perfect and exactly what I wanted! Dr. Pautler is a QUEEN. She’s so talented that she deserves her own plastic surgery TV show! I couldn’t be happier with my decision to choose her and her incredible staff for my rhinoplasty. If you’re considering surgery, I cannot recommend her enough! I’d give her 100 stars if I could. Thank you Dr Pautler for giving me my dream nose!

I recently had a facelift done by Dr.Pautler. She and her staff are amazing. Everything was explained very well, and all went exactly as planned. I am so pleased with my results. I now love the person looking back at me in the mirror, have a new found confidence,and feel really good about myself. Dr. Pautler is very meticulous and a perfectionist. I would highly recommend anyone interested in plastic surgery to consider her.

Going to Dr. Pautler for a full tummy tuck was the best decision ever. I had severe diastasis recti from my 2 pregnancies and looked as if I was about 6 months pregnant even though my youngest child was 11 years old. It took me that long to save up for and gather the courage to get the surgery, and by that time I also had an upper abdominal hernia. Dr. Pautler was the only surgeon in the area who would even consult with me knowing I had a hernia. Everyone else wanted me to have the hernia fixed before even seeing me, but Dr. Pautler said it was no problem to consult with a general surgeon during my surgery and fix the hernia at the same time so that I didn't have to recover from 2 surgeries, and I was so grateful for that. Her office was fantastic to work with and my recovery couldn't have gone smoother. I am so happy with my results. I finally feel like myself again. I no longer have to hide in my clothes or worry that people are going to ask me if I'm pregnant. This surgery… was worth every penny. I can't recommend Dr. Pautler enough!

I have been wanting a breast lift for sometime but could never get up enough nerve to look into it let alone get the procedure done. I finally broke down and I am soooo glad I did. Dr. Pautler and her team made me feel so welcome and comfortable with every step. I was comfortable asking questions and calling the office anytime I needed to. She is very thorough and explained the procedure in detail. My results after 6 weeks are amazing and I could not be happier! I would highly recommend her.

This review comes 8 months after having breast reduction surgery because I wanted to give enough time to give an all-around review from start to finish. To say Dr. Paulter changed my life seems a little dramatic, but it could not be more true. Dr. Pautler is the best surgeon you could choose and her work is exceptional. She is meticulous throughout the entire process and makes you feel very comfortable. Her staff is also amazing to work with and they make the process as smooth as possible. After 8 months, everything is still looking perfect and I could not be more happy with choosing Dr. Pautler as my surgeon. If anything, I wish I would not have waited so long to make this decision! I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. Should I ever need anything else done, I will undoubtedly go to her again.

Dr. Pautler is truly an artist! She is very thorough, takes her time to explain everything and is a fantastic surgeon. The staff at her office are also amazing to work with. I had an excellent experience from start to finish and couldn’t be happier with my results!

Dr. Pautler is a very kind, gentle and methodical doctor. She takes her time with you, not only to explain procedure you’ll be going through ,but the after care and results that she will help you to acquire. I’ve had two procedures now with Dr. Pautler, with fantastic results. I will be looking forward to be seeing her in the future .

I highly recommend Dr. Pautler! I'm 60 and she performed upper eyelid and "gliding brow" lift surgery on me. This was my first plastic surgery experience, and notwithstanding some nerves, I had utmost trust in Dr. Pautler and am delighted with the results. Others describe her as an "artist", and I agree. Dr. Pautler was recommended to me by my daughter who is a surgical physician assistant at St. Clair Hospital. If she trusted Dr. Pautler, then so did I, so I traveled to Pittsburgh from my home in Maryland for my surgery. At our initial consultation I expressed unhappiness about my sagging eyelids, and she advised that the upper eyelid and a brow lift was how I would achieve my desired result. She listened patiently and understood my goals. She explained to me in thorough detail both the eyelid and brow procedures, do's and don'ts before and after, and what to expect in recovery. My trust in Dr. Pautler was furthered when I flipped through the notebooks with hundreds of Before… & After photos of her patients; they all looked completely natural and refreshed, which was imperative to me. For the first 24 hours post-surgery, my eyelids felt "raw" and teary, but ice-cold cotton rounds felt very good. (Tip: since it felt better to keep my eyes closed, I recommend listening to an audiobook to help pass the time.) Other than a very mild headache (which I think was more from the compression bandage than from the actual surgery), I had no issues with the brow lift part of the surgery. The hemostatic net sutures from the gliding brow lift did look a bit scary for the 48 hours they were in, and for 24 hours after removal, but I promise that after another 24-48 hours, all the forehead marks disappear! Everything that I experienced had been explained to me in advance and was expected. I got by with taking just extra-strength Tylenol because heavier narcotics make me queasy, and it was fine. From start to finish, it was an easy and pleasant experience, and one I would willingly repeat. I felt well-informed during the entire process, both from Dr. Pautler's office and St. Clair's Dunlap Outpatient center. Dr. Pautler is so wonderful and skilled, and her office staff is so kind - Darlene at the front desk, nurse Nicole, office manager Cara. I felt like family when I was there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Dr. Paulter and her whole team were so warm and welcoming and made me feel comfortable immediately. Dr. Paulter thoroughly explained the entire procedure to me. They called to check on me post-op and made the healing experience very smooth and easy. Would 100% go to Dr. Paulter again, if I needed something else done.

When Dr. Pautler was recommended to me, I didn't realize I'd be under the care of a plastic surgeon but also an artist. I am just shy of 3 most post-breast augmentation and Dr. Pautler delivered exactly what I wanted to achieve- my results are absolutely beautiful and better than I dared to hope. From the very first consultation, I felt comfortable. Dr. Pautler and everyone that works at her office were so kind and welcoming. I never felt rushed or like I had too many questions (and I had a ton!). Talking with Dr. Pautler made me feel very at ease about the procedure; she is so easy to talk to and so down to earth and approachable, yet brilliant and so very talented at what she does. I was scared of going "too big", and didn't think I wanted to go over 385 moderate + implants. After discussing my goals and goal pics with Dr. Pautler and then her considering my height/weight/BWD, she suggested 400 ultra high profile cc's which sounded huge to me but I decided to trust her expertise-… and I am SO happy I did! They are absolutely perfectly proportionate and exactly what I was hoping for. As I said earlier, Dr. Pautler clearly brings artistry to her surgical skills. I will recommend her to anyone who listens!
