She was the best doctor ever. She really saved me and was always patient and truly listened. Nothing but great thinks to say about Dr. Mordas.

I read about a rude office manager there and was apprehensive about going to the office. It turned out to be a pleasant experience and I learned that the manager is no longer employed there.

Dr. Mordas has been our family Doctor for a long time. We think very highly of her, and are very fortunate to have her as our Doctor. Love her office staff as well!

I was wrongly diagnosed with a terrible disease. Mr. Mordas quickly figured out it was just a severe dust allergy ! She saved me from so much heartache and trouble, I will be eternally grateful. To say she is smart is an understatement, and does not begin to cover the list of skills that go into making her an extraordinary doctor. Office staff member Maggie deserves a lot of credit for her honest approach. Once, when I hesitated about making an appointment for an ongoing sinus infection, she told me to get in here asap ! It woke me up. Some people take offense at direct honest responses. I interpret them as helpful and caring. Kellie LaPierre is the nurse practitioner, she can write prescriptions and has great availability. This office is top notch, look no further.

DR Mordas is a great Dr but sometimes it can be tough to get her to call you back when you have Questions , you have to get though her staff first and they can be rude.

Had been going to Dr. Mordas for about 5 years & always felt comfortable w/ her care. I did see some of the "stuff" that others have written here and on other MD rating sights, but it wasn't an issue for me. I have noticed a "rushed" nature in my visits over the last 6 months or so and when I tried to speak w/ her to ask what I perceived as omissions in my physical. I took 4 phone calls, I got a 'tude from the NP, and when Dr M finally called me & I asked about the things I noticed that didn't seem to be done, final line, "....well I guess you need to find another Dr." I have noticed that the red ribbon awards that she used to have on the Harvard-Pilgrim provider directory haven't been there the last couple of years. Its too bad, I liked her & the office hours.

I'm having to do followup not only with my Insurance Carrier but will with Massachusetts Board of Health.Horrible Service from this office. Staff is very poor. How the heck do they stay in business if theyre only open until 2 on a weekday? They're answering service only takes emergency calls, which is fine, but they won't take messages even if the dr's office phone is busy at 10am during the week.They've cost me a surgery slot to have a eye problem cleared up (gee thanks)And I can't even go into the amount of sheer aggravation JUST to have them do this. Now they're NOT answering the phone at all, I'm in an endless loop with their answering service. So is it any wonder why I'm leaving them? I would say not.
