Dr. Sing Chan, MD

False bills patients. I keep getting bills for a copay that was paid. Disputes and phone calls are avoided. CROOK!

Dr. Chan was very impatient and rude during the visit we had today. When my wife or I wanted to explain things in detail, he interrupted by saying: " you don't have to say it" with a hand gesture to signal us to stop. When we offered a suggestion, he said: " Do what I said." The whole process made us feel that he just wanted us to get out the office quickly. He even asked us to come earlier than our appointment time, and we did, but we both were so disappointed at how we were being treated. He was so unprofessional and made the whole visit so unpleasant. Some of the answers he gave was so vague and unspecified. We will never go back again.

Dr. Sing Chang has been my doctor since the 90's. He has always been very caring together with his staff members. I never had any complaints. I developed an ulcer and he was able to cure it. I am very thankful to him for giving me back my health and I recommend him highly.

Excellent doctor

Dr. Chan is overbooked with patients. He could be doing outpatient procedure in the morning when he sees a patient in the afternoon. Due to this reason, I find him rushing off during visit and too functional. And I no longer see him because he doesn’t look into your history but just keep asking you to come back for procedure which isn’t necessary.

Dr. Chan is an excellent Doctor very compassionate and caring I even ask him for advise on other health matters I trust him with my life. The facilities are very clean and the staff are all friendly I recommend him to all my friends and Family

Dr. Sing is very good. After my endosocopy and hemorrhoid treatment, he showed me on his computer screen exactly where the trouble spots were in the image of my digestive system, and answered all of my questions clearly. He also gave me a printed sheet showing details of my case and what I should do. The only complaint I have is, there was a half-hour wait in the waiting room, and then another half-hour wait in the procedure room before the doctor started my actual appointment..

Dr Sing is a compassionate knowledgeable physician who has a wonderful office staff and anesthesiologist. I would ( and gave) my recommendation to all my friends and family.

Sing Chan MD FACG IS THE BEST DOCTOR I've ever had. I have been his patient for many years and he is kind and always spends quality time with his patients, He is smart and keeps up with the latest medical techniques and care. He is thorough, patient and always looks out for your best interest. He literally saved my Aunt's life. He has the best bedside manner. He also has a great staff. They are considerate when drawing your blood..All my family goes to him and they feel the same way. I highly recommend that you see him. You will not be disappointed.
