She completed her pediatric training at the DuPont Hospital for Children/Thomas Jefferson University Hospital Pediatric Residency program, where she was awarded the John W. Maroney Award for Excellence in Ambulatory Care. Her professional interests include patient/family education. Dr. Irwin is married and has two sons and a very energetic dog. She enjoys hiking with her dog, playing the piano, decorating cakes, reading, traveling and, of course, spending time with all her boys.
