Very interested in patient well being

My First appointment with Dr. Puppala gave the impression that she cared and wanted to help treat my growing health problems. But that was all a lie. As follow up were done through her RN or MA. Emails were handled by anyone other than her, and when requested to have her respond it took over 10 days. After each appointment she would say "you can requests a different doctor" then walk out the door. But ultimately what is bothersome is she told a Vet someone who fought for the freedom she now enjoys that all the pain and suffering I am having that and I quote "you will have to learn to live with it" and proceeded to walk out the door. If this is how she treats our Vets she should not be in practice.

Not a complete exam on my first visit with her. She was reluctant to get or provide care concerning my high PSA test levels. Also failed to get me any care for a foot problem, all of my toes. Couldnt set an appointment to a podiatrist. Her Assistant, Jean Sandman, has been outright rude to me and has not bothered to familiarize herself with my needs when she has called me. She is always too dang busy to talk after she gets me on the phone!!!

Dr. Puppala treats us as if we are family and always go the extra mile to get the answers to questions I ask if she didn't have the answer. She gives you all the time you need and never hurries you in and out. She make you very comfortable.

Dr. Sirisha Puppala, M. D. at the Banner Health Clinic in Copper Basin was exact in the diagnoses in my problem. She immediately gave me medication. I laid down in the office and she came in to see if the meds worked and to my peace of mind it did. I will for sure be coming back to see her as she is very in tune to the medications I was on from Canada without asking what they were for. She also helped me in other treatment and I will always be grateful to Dr. Puppala. She is thorough and takes the time to talk to you. I will recommend Dr. Puppala to any one, as I know she is a very caring Doctor, has great beside manner and certainly does follow ups.

I am so grateful to have Dr Puppala as my primary care physician. She is the most compassionate doctor I've ever known. This being said, however, perhaps, more importantly she knows her Stuff. Her attention to details enables me to be fully informed on the prescriptions I take, possible interactions and ways to feel better if necessary. She doesn't by any means encourage pills so much as looking at your entire health with knowledge of her profession plus constant encouragement on how to be healthier in all ways. I am not seriously ill but if I were I would want her to be there. I highly recommend this doctor no matter what your problem. She is a doctor that you think of as a loving, highly intelligent friend.
