Dr. Sivakumar Reddy Munnangi, MD

I am very disappointed about this Dr. he doesn’t care about his patients, I saw him last year and was not helpful, he was talking to me looking at his computer, didn’t even looked a me, I was referred to him again last month, I had an endoscopy done three weeks ago, and have been in pain since, I called his office and he told me that everything was fine and have another one done in three years. I said: Doctor, I’m in pain now! What do I need to do? He said: I’ll call some meds for you to your pharmacy. It has been a week and he has not called anything for me, I ended up in the ER. Don’t waste your time and money at this place

Munnangi's staff is incompetent, negligent, and often rude. I had so much trouble just getting lab orders from them to Quest. Wait times for appointments are usually more than 2 months. Often, Munnangi does not perform procedures himself. When I showed up for a fibro scan, he wasn't even in office and the nurse REFUSED to discuss lab results with me. Getting results of my latest diagnoses to Munnangi's office was SUCH a pain and he STILL did not have them by our last appointment. His office was supposed to schedule further procedures with me; I have waited more than 2 weeks and they haven't even called with an appointment time. When I went to their office to pick up a copy of my lab results to transfer to another gastroenterologist THEY INCLUDED ANOTHER PATIENT'S REFERRAL!! This info contained the other patient's phone number, address, condition, and procedure ordered - HUGE HIPAA violation. DO NOT go here.

This is the worst medical experience I've ever had. This is a procedure mill. They gave no compassion for their patients. There's no privacy. The doctor doesn't even bother speaking to you. They provide no prep options except for an extremely expensive prep that doesn't work. So, don't bother. Choose any other doctor but this one. Seriously, this guy should lose his license to practice.

My experience with Dr. Munnangi and his staff was not a good one as I was left with more problems after my ERCP procedure. He did not follow up with me except 1 time in my 10 day stay in the hospital, which occurred because of his procedure on me. His staff was so non-responsive afterward that I felt like I was being left in the dust. I would call and ask questions and they would always put me off by saying "we will get back to you" or "Doctor is busy but I'll ask him when he is free" which they never did and I was never called back on any questions. I was in a terrible state and off work for 10 weeks and really felt like this office did not really care about their patients. I literally had to go into the office to ask questions and retrieve my required paperwork for my employment because they just didn't bother to move forward with anything. The worse part was that Dr. Munnangi didn't ever even bother to call to check up on me.

Dr. munnangi, is a very busy man , so my time with him was very short. His staff however is outstanding,timely ,very,very, talented, they answered all my questions. Never once did I feel that they were just fudging their way through the exam.they used manual blood pressure method, steth and cuff not some quick zip digital machine, you hafta know your stuff when using old school. that impressed me. His staff always gave me a heads up reminder of my upcomming appointment. The Dr. seemed at first to be like they Great Wizzard of Ozz . His staff did all the pre emptive stuff and when it was all said and done , I finally met the Great Ozz hime self ,that left the Dr. to do the Dr. stuff he needed to do, he did not bother to take up his valuble time doing the little stuff very efficiant teem work, Every one knew their job and did it very well I was never not at ease oro felt like cattle going through the grinder. True proffessionalism by all in the office. 10 stars to all . You will be… hard pressed to find any one better.
