Dr. Smita Biswas, MD

Dr. Biswas has been my doctor for over 10 years. Shes very patient and answers all the questions. I have not had issues with wait time and making appoinments or getting results.

I had been under this doctor's care w/o incident until I called her one evening. A few days later when I went for a check up and she lectured me and scolded me . She was bothered by the phone call during non-business hours. I was on the examining table completely vulnerable. When I reached out to her to tell her how awkward the event was she texted back telling me to never contact her again. No apologies nothing. The negative reviews describing her as cold, unfriendly, didactic fit her to a “T” Negative reviews need to be on top so no one else goes through the experience that many people have suffered under her care. Avoid her at all costs.

She has delivered two of my children and has always been their when I needed her.. I wouldnt never want to change her.. Very caring to ones needs.. The only thing that should be fixed is how long it takes for everyone to be seen. Besides that I never had a problem.Oh the staff is great aswell.. Francis you rock!! I would recommend this Dr to anyone

she was cold, not friendly, and her bedside manners was very poor

I saw her once because my original Dr wasn't in. She gave me wrong information on a test result and didn't even know how far along in my pregnancy I was. She was rude and didn't seem as if she cared. Overall experience with her was terrible. I will NEVER recommend her and I will never go back to her even as a backup. Poor quality.

Staff is horrible. Waiting period is really bad. Will never go back again.

Office staff is horrible, making an appointment a nightmare I was put on hold for 10mins, called back and put on hold again. This turns me off from using the Dr.

I have been having a serious problem for a long time doctor refused to treat me claiming "that's not my job". She did very few tests and sent me home. Plus you have to wait atleast a week to get an appointment it's insane! She's not worth the time especially if your having a serious issue. Better off seeing someone else.

1) Waiting time- anywhere from 40min to 2hr!!2) Office very disorganized due to poor staff management3) Does not spend enough time with patients due to being overbooked.4) Patients' medical files are very disorganized because of the staff (lab results are not filed according to the visits or are missing)TO MAKE THE OFFICE BETTER:-staff needs to be train according to how the doctor works and wants thing to be done-staff needs to be more professional when it comes to speaking to patient (use of appropriate language)-staff needs to not overbook the doctor so that the patients get to ask more questions, feel taken care of and be taken care of appropriately

will never return your calls. If there's an emergency, don't expect to speak with her or her staff. Diagnoses are incorrect.
