Dr. Smita Ojha, MD

Was having back pain after eating. Suspected Gaul bladder issues and she said no. Went to a specialist and had it removed right away. She truly believes she knows everything, and will tell you so, and will tell u to trust her. Should’ve been my first alert. I’ve had knee pain for years and she claimed it’s because my muscles are weak. Sent me to physical therapy. Did not help. But of course it’s my fault. I was finally diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that causes me to have joint pain. Not by her had to find my own way for that. She will also falsify records and THE VILLAGES will completely protect her. Patients protection means nothing. If you choose to go to her do your research. Even with your bloodwork. Read the notes carefully after each appointment she will put something in there to protect her that is false. She won’t listen but act like she cares. And never share your personal life with her

SAVE YOURSELF! do not agree to see this doctor, i was treated the worst i have ever been treated by this lady. she should not be in practice. the appointment started out with her drilling me about whether i lived in the villages and that all of the patients there are residence of the villages. as though she looked down upon me because i live outside of the villages right from the start. she had looked over my meds before she came into the room so that was the next thing, she went off the deep end about. would ask me a question about it and never let me finish. telling me that she is not going to let me continue on alot of these meds and because i am a smoker i need to quit that too! body language as well as how she snapped at every little thing about me was the most humiliating for me and a pathetic thing for a doctor to do. finally got onto the table and she said again about me smoking. i finally said "are you going to nag me continually about smoking?" she looked at me… with more disgust so i offered a solution (hard to keep my cool) and told her that we are not a good fit. she agreed immediately and left the room. next thing you know i am seeing a coordinator and they are sending me to see another doctor that is at a different office (outside of the villages) again i ask if i am not good enough to be seen because i do not live in the villages? the coordinator said that they serve people that do not live there but was protective of the Doctor and told me that the doctor is the oldest one they have there, and she is very set in her ways. i never got my first visit completed but logged into the patient portal and it is so detailed about every little thing like she actually talked to me and examined me lol what a joke. then there is a final comment that I REFUSED PATIENT CARE. no one deserves to be treated this way. do not let anyone ever treat you this way! tell any doctor that acts this way that you do not want to be cared by them. they do not get to treat us this way. the only reason that they can is if you let them. don't let them!

This doctor was horrible! Missed alot of things she should've caught and could've put me and my unborn child at risk

You could not pay me to go to this doc. Highly unprofessional.
