The people at the front desk would be your worst nightmare. Not only are they rude they are also not compassionate. The Dr. Needs to take a closer look at the people at the front end, they should be bringing in the $, not chasing it away.

I recommend Dr. Donskaya to anyone who has struggled for years and not gotten anywhere with other physicians. Within 6 months I noticed a change I had been needing for years.

I have been going to her for a year. Treatment has been encouraging and lifting changing.

I am not sure how this woman stays in business! The office is old and outdated, but I can get past that. The insurance verification was already done well before the appointment. However, we still needed to do some sort of coordination of benefits verification. Our appointment was at 10:45. We arrived at about 10:10 to complete paperwork. It ended up taking almost an hour to get to the right person to basically verify what I'd already told them. This is their way of making sure that they get paid and I understand that, but I am sure this could have been done prior to the appointment. I fault my self in part because I missed the fact this this doctor pushes meds. Once we finally got in the office, we briefly chatted about what brought us there. She gave an immediate diagnosis of ODD for our son. Okay, I was prepared for that. Then she had our son fill out an ADHD questionnaire. We reviewed it and we were able to score the questions as well. Based on that, our son was diagnosed with ADHD… with an ODD component. I knew that is what he had before I walked in. I had already done my research. I expected a little more clinical insight and testing. Nevertheless, she starts in about medications, side effects, treatment regimens and asks me which of the meds would I like to start with. To which I replied.."none!" We were just there to get his official diagnosis. I will never bring my son back to this office! Her overall demeanor was kinda crude and she was so hard to understand. I will use her diagnosis to get my son into therapy, work with the school and continue our new regime at home. NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICES!

The receptionist Margaret is very and exceptionally on purpose rude, she hung up on me and she treats the patients with the upmost disrespect i have ever seen in a receptionist in my lifetime. When I had my employer insurance Margaret was tolerable but when I called today and told her I had Obamacare she went absolutely nuts, wacko, cucu for cocoa puffs, jumping of the couch crazy/ballistic, Margaret went off the deep end.This woman is very nasty, hateful prejudice in th upmost profound way I can describe, she is loud, combative and rude. Dr. Sofiya has always been very nice and knowledgable but she should fire that NutCase Margaret today. All over the internet there are nasty and hateful comments about Margaret and her combativeness and how she has treated others. Please Dr Sofiya before your entire practice goes up in smoke get rid of the crazy woman Margaret, put her away, lock her away or put her on meds and have a committed please. The worst experience in my lifetime!

RUDE - and wasted my time. So unorganized and not in it to help the patient. I have a Blue Cross Blue Shield Plan - Company Policy and its not - Obamacare. The first thing they asked was I in Obama care ?? I said NO My Co- Pay is 20 and they said it would be 130 dollars to visit... This Doctor is also in The Provider Plan and they still denied me the Co pay..saying I pay Month to month doesn't qualify? Obviously not here to help patients... No wonder it was easy to get an appointment

Best thing is she takes phone appointments. If I go to the office I hear the doctor and the staff talking about the other patients poorly. It is very uncomfortable

The doctor is fast, but provides medication. The office staff shouts personal information so loudly that it is not private if people are in the waiting room. It is clear that money is the only concern of this office. There are signs everywhere referencing money collection. The staff's first priority is money, not patient care.

This doctor is terrible. I went to her for anxiety which she said I don't have. Subsequently, several doctors have confirmed that I do have anxiety which leads to depression. She said I was only depressed but gave me a med that I later found out wasn't for depression at all. I could barely function. On the next visit, she prescribed a new med and I asked her if I could call her if I was having extreme depression again. She said no, just come back in a month.
