He doesn't remember important information! No matter how many times and ways you say something. He is VERY self absorbed! Hurry now, to the next patient... so you can get back to your self.

This so called Dr. works with the state and social security administration. He is paid to inflict heartache and misdiagnose patient's for profit through the government. That is horrible in my eyes and should be in the eyes of any patient.As a doctor you should always take the patients well-being over a check or a dollar.
