I called to schedule an appointment and he kept asking me personal questions that were not related to my appointment at all, then he would repeat questions I already answered while interrupting me when I was talking. I then asked if it was possible to schedule a telehealth appointment, which is what every single provider is doing given the literal global pandemic, and he said, I quote: "Why are you asking me this? No! I have to see you in person!" Not only am I immunocompromised, but I also am unable to see people in person because I don't have reliable transportation. I know that psychiatrists need to see people in person form the first appointment, but the threatening tone and him not explaining why exactly I need to come in person gave me a weird feeling. He was incredibly unprofessional, and made ME, the patient, feel guilty for no reason. I was also uncomfortable with him asking me so many personal questions and forcing me to stop asking about telehealth options. I have never been… this creeped out when talking to a physician. I had to block his number because he called me afterwards too. Absolutely horrible service.
