Dr. Soledad Silverio Reyes, MD

This is my wife's primary physician. She is pregnant and went there on a Sunday, assuming her primary care physician would give her a tdap shot. However, the employee at the desk told her they do t do that due to insurance issues. When my wife advised me of that, I called my HMO provider, who confirmed the shot is covered by my insurance and that my wife could receive it by her primary or OB. I then called my wife's primary care physician's office and advised staff that I confirmed my provider doss cover the shot. At this time, staff responded their office has the shot, but they don't give it to women for pregnancy purposes. When I asked if that was the office's policy, she remarked that I would have to speak with her supervisor, who would not be in until the following day. Because of this experience and in reading the other reviews, my wife plans on seeking another primary. She likes the doctor, but her front desk staff are not worth it.

Dr. Reyes seems a nice doctor, but her staff pulls her down. Back office staff are ok, but people on the phone were rude, inconsiderate and cant give a straight answer, I think they are on rotation so whoever is free picks up the phone. I was wondering if your concerns ever reached Dr. Reyes. I just had a simple question about my medication, spoke to 4 different people already each says will give me a call, 3 wks later, nothing, I called back to follow up, last one says make a follow up visit, for what? Just a freaking question to ask the doctor, and the answer is you come and see her, pay for your visit so can ask her yourself, what a stupid thing. I am not coming back to this office.

Staff needs improvement front office was like all boring and rude never said hi nor good morning back office was all right all though it was a student dr reyes i like she really was into helping me nd worried about me and wanting to help and helped me i would go back my surroundigs i dnt mind wat i want is a good dr.

Office is dirty and small. Staff is very rude. They have you waiting in the waiting room for over an hour. Then still have to wait to see the dr. Dr Reyes is old, she can bearly walk. The other dr that's there helping is creepy. Made me feel very uncomfortable. I will never go back.
