Dr. Solomon Isaac Paley, MD

I've experienced the absolute worst customer service with Dr. Paley and his office staff. The office manager removed me as a patient without any notification. I called to schedule an apt and was told I was inactive and need to find a new pcp. When I asked to speak w Paley or the office manager about this misunderstanding, they refused to speak with me altogether, I was a patient for 7+ years. They refused to see me for an in-office visit- for a strep test because I was close to a fever. You can only see his nurses, they provide most of the patient care, I've never seen Paley. Just an overall unprofessional practice that lacks basic patient care standards and their office staff is rude, unethical and unprofessional. Zero stars.

Been a patient of Dr. Paley's for close to 15 years, but I'm done. The continuous long waits, rude staff, and patient care out sourced to a Nurse Practitioner, have convinced me to find a doctor who treats me like a patient and not a paycheck. The practice has gone downhill since the move to Sonterra and I deserve better. I'm never going back and I would not recommend this provider to anyone.

I am 65 years old. I now realize that the most important thing in life is your health. I trust this Doctor and he's never let me down. The office is run very well which helps.

Dr. Paley is the most caring doctor we've ever had. Several of my family members and I have seen him for the past fourteen years. He never rushes through his appointment, always listens, and answers all our questions. We switched doctors years ago because we were tired and angry at spending 1-2 hrs or more! in waiting rooms and ending with a 10 min visit when we were actually seen. Even when I take my mother, a geriatric patient with multiple issues, we don't wait more than 20 mins at the most. Since she is in a wheelchair, this is of major importance to us. It's telling that the specialists we have seen all speak highly of him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Paley since 2001, and have followed him since he was on the northeast side to him he moved to the north central to where he is now in Stone Oak. Not only am I a patient, but happy for my entire family: my sisters, my mother, my grandmother, my aunts, my cousins, and my friends. I get great care, and what I love most is the fact that I never have to wait more than five minutes from my scheduled appointment time-something unheard of with doctors. When people ask me what I think of Dr. Paley, the only thing I see is that me and my family and trust him with our lives for the past 17 years --- Enough said .....

Good Job Staff!!

I saw Dr. Paley this week. He spent more time with me than my last physician. The office had all my prescriptions called in as soon as I got to the pharmacy. My wait time was 5 only minutes. I am sending all my family to this office. Thank you Dr. Paley and staff for a wonderful experience.

Rude and unprofessional is an understatement. They expect their patients to do their job for them. Getting referrals is a joke. Maybe Dr Paley should ask his patients how they feel "about his staff". He might be shocked. Couldn't wait to get rid of him and his group of incompetent people.
