I like how he's Straight forward on the issues.

Dr did a good on removing a lipoma on my right chest .no scar at all.

I came in hurting, having been scheduled by another surgeon for a particular procedure and having been told by that guy I'd probably need surgery. Dr. Nguyen explained what was going on, prescribed medicine and lifestyle changes that would help. I did what he said, and today he said there's no need even for a procedure. I'd good! Thank you so much!!

Dr. Nguyen 1) listened to me; 2) paid attention when I explained what I had been experiencing 3) treated me with respect 4) was respectful and gentle during my examination 5) took the time to explain to me what he saw and what it meant 6) answered my questions thoroughly. Another doctor I'd seen had immediately scheduled me for a procedure and talked about surgery if it didn't work. Dr. Nguyen explained how I could avoid any procedures at all.

Dr. Nguyen is a great doctor! Please don't let his age or years of experience steer you away. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, caring, funny, and has one of the best bedside manners. He listens to you patiently and explains everything in details because he really cares about his patients. Its a trait that not a lot of doctors have these days. My experience with Dr. Nguyen was just wonderful.

I recently had emergency surgery and Dr. Nguyen was the on-call surgeon. All I have to say is he is wonderful. His bedside manner is excellent! Not only is he a skilled surgeon but he listens, explains everything and my follow-up with him was a breeze. I was also impressed with the entire organization and professionalism of the Associations of South Bay Surgeons. Top notch!

They should have 0 minutes wait option.I didn't have to wait more than a minute for each of my three visits.Dr. Nguyen was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain treatment options and potential complications in terms I could understand. He is confident and competent without even a tiny hint hint of arrogance. Admittedly having surgery is scary but this Doctor put our minds at ease with the full confidence he knows what he's doing and cares about his patients. The office is well run with an appropriate level of staffing. The facilty is clean and modern. The staff were very courteous, professional and cheerful. Cheerful employees say a lot about what kind of employer they work for, all good. All in all, Dr. Nguyen and SouthBaySurgeons should give a masters class on how to run healthcare business. I could not be happier with my experience... also, they have a K-cup coffee machine, so show up early and have a cup of good joe.
