Dr. Sona Yash Young, MD

Took my son to see Dr. Young for the first time. To say she is sensational would be an understatement. She was attentive, personable, knowledgeable, with a terrific bedside manner. She listened to him and explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. Answered all of our questions and never once felt rushed. If you have a child in need of a pediatric gastro, do yourself (and your child) a favor and go see her. She really is exceptional.

When you have an appointment you know that you are her priority when she comes in. Definatly takes her time with each patient and is never rushed. She also is great at explaining and reassuring. Dr. Young also cares about you as a person and not just a patient; always asks about how school is, activities, events, so on and so forth. She is also very considerate of time as we live a few hours away and she allows us to check in over the phone and doesn’t make us take a trip up unless it’s absolutly needed. Amaizing Doctor and even more amazing person.

Takes time to understand patients needs and will work with patient to develop a plan.
