Dr. Sonal Arora, MD

The front staff was not the friendliest but that was ok. Kathy (AGNP-C) was great though! She is kind, caring and thorough. Dr. Arora, on the other hand was very rude and spoke to me as if he were better than me. The appointment ended up being a virtual appointment, although this was not mentioned to me when I made the appointment. He did not even show up (not even virtually) for my second appointment. Kathy apologized for him not being there. She had to go over my results and plan of treatment with me. The appointment was not with her it was with Dr. Arora. I have since found out that he has a pompous attitude with his other patients as well. For example, demeaning his patients for the type of insurance they had. He is by far the worst doctor I have ever been to!

No follow-up on abnormal test results. Had to inform him of the results. No knowledge of past history even when all the info is in medical records also no order of agreed f/u tests

No bedside manner. He comes off arrogant. No empathy.

The most thorough Dr I have ever worked with. I trust him completely.

I appreciate the time Dr. Arora spent looking at all of my health issues. He is very gifted as a doctor.
