Dr. Soni Srivastav, MD, MD

I have seeing Dr. Soni for the last couple of years. Overall, she has treated me well. However, my visits have been very short...the last visit I had, I saw for 4 minutes and I do not think that is quite long enough. I fell rushed. My real problems is with the staff...not all, but a few can let a sour taste in ones mouth. In person, the staff is fine, but on the phone they can be very unprofessional. They have called on the phone and when I got the message and called back, they would say no one called! One time the left a message for me to stop my medicine and when I called back to ask which medicine, the person said. "We didn't call you." Most recently it took several phone calls from me because the didn't have my medicine list right! After several attempts on my part, I was told "we're going by the list you gave us!" They were looking a the previous year's list of medicine! The staff is just too much stress, and I discussed all of this with Dr. Soni, but unfortunatly,… that is a reflection on Dr. Soni!
