Dr Sonia Deora misdiagnosed me and I will not recommend her to anyone.

Total Rip off of your money. Got a $250 bill for a regular visit, when called in to discuss the bill got different answers in 6 times. - Been visiting this office for our family needs for the past 5 years. - Depends on the number of minutes you spend with the doctor and service rendered. (BP Check up and Antibiotics, what additional services are they talking about) - Billing department you were billed as a new patient that is why you got that bill, doctor alone can correct the bill. - Doctor's office Operator 1 - Explained the billing issue, let me check the minutes spent by the doctor and no update on that then say its insurance. After couples of minutes she takes my contact info and says will discuss with doctor and provide you an update on the bill. - Almost a week later called back again as I didn't hear back from office. operator 2 explain again - its your deductible ( with out insurance the office charges $100) with insurance I have to pay 250. … - For similar service rendered by other general physicians around Princeton area with insurance my bill was around $75. Total rip off and bad customer service. - Will avoid this office for any future visits

Dr. Deora has been our family doctor for the last 5 years and I am continually amazed by her intelligence, compassion and thoroughness at each visit. She is hands down the best doctor we have had and our son has a rare genetic condition, so we have seen many, many specialists. In family's experience (two teenagers and two middle-aged adults), Dr. Deora has never failed to give us her time and attention, both in person and by phone, and has made critical diagnoses where other more specialized doctors have failed, including my daughter's concussion, my son's depression and anxiety, and many other conditions. Dr. Deora is calm, compassionate, and an extremely good listener, whether it is with teens or adults. I highly recommend her as a person and as a doctor who cares deeply about her patients.

Dr. Deora is knowleagle and most important she cares.

Worse staff and service ever. One word to describe the staff unprofessionals. Dr. Deora might consider changing her staff otherwise she will loose many of her patients. I left Dr. Deora because of her staff.

I was a patient of Dr. Deora for years. I put up with her inept office staff and claustrophobic office space; she had a smaller office than her current one that only had 6 chairs! Most of the time, I waited outside. Dr. Deora is a kind, knowledgable, and empathetic doctor, but her practice is horrific. The incompetent staff never returns phone calls, the appointments are more than double-booked, and her partner (Dr. Mendu) should be stripped of his license to practice -- here's the scenario: Dr. Deora was on vacation and I noticed that I was out of a medication for seizures. I called the office and asked to have the medication refilled. This is was Friday morning. I checked with my pharmacy throughout the day -- nothing. I called multiple times and made requests to the staff. Saturday, the same drill. By this time, I was having withdrawal symptoms. My wife called multiple times and made requests to the staff. Nothing. Sunday morning, Dr. Mendu sends a fax over to the pharmacy --… "MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!" The pharmacist calls Mendu to remind him of his Hippocratic oath to do no harm. He refilled the prescription and I've never returned. Garden State Physicians is lucky I didn't sue for malpractice. Avoid this place.

Dr. Deora is insightful and has a good demeanor with patients, but the office experience is dreadful. The waiting room is uncomfortable and overcrowded. The staff is often rude and seemingly unconcerned about discussing sensitive issues within earshot of the crowded waiting room.

Dr. Deora is extremely unpleasant. The way she belittles her staff makes me sick. She seems very greedy and does not care about her patients. I would NOT recommend her to my own worse enemy. She over books her appointments and lets people walk in who are over an hour late or put up a fuss. She gets you in and out and doesnt seem to honestly care for the health of her patients.

Wonderful Doctor. Gives sufficient time to hear us out and then give the appropriate medicine or suggestions
